Luun Sofa

This is Luun’s third frame design, built with hardened plywood panels, reinforced perimeter rails, internal cross supports, and added C-supports across key load points. The seat deck combines structural wood support, tensioned webbing, steel S-springs, and metal spring clips to distribute weight more evenly across the full sofa base.

This isn't a couch with cushions on top. It's a couch built around cushions. The backrest and base perimeter use 55 kg/m³ high-density foam for soft, stable support. Through the center weight-bearing zone, pocket coils carry the bulk of the load with an added foam comfort layer above them, so you get a softer, deeper weightless feeling without ever feeling a thud.

Each cushion uses a memory foam insert surrounded by soft faux-down fill. The memory foam gives the cushion a stable core so it can hold its shape, while the faux down creates the soft, sink-in surface feel. Unlike traditional down or feather-filled cushions that can bunch, flatten, or lump after heavy use, this construction helps the cushion recover cleanly and stay evenly soft over time.
