Shipping & delivery

Big comfort, scheduled clearly.

Luun ships as large-format furniture on oversized pallets. Once your order reaches your local delivery area, we will contact you to schedule a delivery window with a clear date and time.

Delivery overview

Check your estimated ship date.

See the current estimated ship date for your selected modules in the 3D builder. This is an estimated dispatch date, not a guaranteed arrival date. Transit time and local delivery scheduling depend on your location and the carrier.

Because Luun is large furniture, delivery is handled differently than a small parcel. Your order may travel on an oversized pallet before local delivery is scheduled.

Estimated dispatch timing is shown in the builder.

How it works

From pallet to your home.

We keep the delivery process simple: your order ships, reaches your local area, then we schedule a delivery window with you.

Step 1
01

Your order ships.

After your order is processed, your Luun begins moving through the freight network toward your delivery area.

Step 2
02

We schedule delivery.

Once the product is in your area, we will reach out to schedule a delivery window with an exact date and time.

Step 3
03

Prepare the path.

Before delivery, clear a path and make sure doors, hallways, elevators, stairs, and corners can handle the boxes.

Delivery service

Delivered to you, not assembled inside.

Luun does not currently include inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, or packaging removal as part of standard delivery.

No packaging removal.
Before delivery

Make sure it can move through.

Luun is designed to be easier to move than a single-piece sofa, but it is still large furniture. A little preparation makes delivery day smoother.

Measure

Check the full path.

Measure doorways, hallways, elevators, stairwells, landings, and tight corners before delivery day.

Clear

Open the route.

Move rugs, shoes, small furniture, plants, and fragile items out of the way before your delivery window.

Plan

Have a partner ready.

One person may be able to move the pieces, but a second person makes it easier, safer, and faster.

Apartments & condos

Check your building rules.

If you live in a condo or apartment, confirm building access before your scheduled delivery window.

Some buildings require elevator bookings, loading dock access, concierge approval, delivery insurance certificates, or specific move-in windows. Please confirm your building’s delivery rules before your scheduled delivery time.

If your building has a freight elevator, loading bay, or delivery entrance, make sure those details are ready when your delivery is scheduled.

Book elevators or loading access if required.
Confirm building delivery hours before your appointment.
Make sure someone can receive the delivery during the scheduled window.
FAQ

Shipping questions.

How long does shipping usually take?

Check the builder for the current estimated ship date. After dispatch, transit and local scheduling determine your delivery date. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window once your order reaches your area.

Will I get an exact delivery date and time?

Yes. Once your product is in your local area, we will reach out to schedule a delivery window with a clear date and time.

Does Luun deliver inside my home?

No. Standard Luun delivery does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, or packaging removal.

Can I move the product by myself?

Many customers may be able to move individual pieces alone, but Luun is large furniture. We recommend having a partner available to make moving and setup easier.

Will the boxes fit through my door?

Luun is modular and designed to be easier to move through doorways than a single oversized sofa, but you should still measure your full delivery path before ordering.

What should I do before delivery?

Clear the delivery path, measure tight areas, confirm building rules, book elevators if needed, and make sure someone is available during the scheduled window.

Do I need to keep the packaging?

Yes. Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping your Luun. Original packaging may be required for eligible returns.

What if my building requires an elevator booking?

Please arrange elevator access or loading dock access before your scheduled delivery window. Building access requirements are the customer’s responsibility.

Can delivery timing change?

Delivery timing can change due to carrier availability, weather, local routing, warehouse timing, or access issues. If anything changes, we will work with you on the next available delivery option.
