Because Luun is large furniture, delivery is handled differently than a small parcel. Your order may travel on an oversized pallet before local delivery is scheduled.

Luun is designed to be easier to move than a single-piece sofa, but it is still large furniture. A little preparation makes delivery day smoother.

Measure doorways, hallways, elevators, stairwells, landings, and tight corners before delivery day.

Move rugs, shoes, small furniture, plants, and fragile items out of the way before your delivery window.

One person may be able to move the pieces, but a second person makes it easier, safer, and faster.

Apartments & condos

Check your building rules.

If you live in a condo or apartment, confirm building access before your scheduled delivery window.

Some buildings require elevator bookings, loading dock access, concierge approval, delivery insurance certificates, or specific move-in windows. Please confirm your building’s delivery rules before your scheduled delivery time.

If your building has a freight elevator, loading bay, or delivery entrance, make sure those details are ready when your delivery is scheduled.

Does Luun deliver inside my home?

Many customers may be able to move individual pieces alone, but Luun is large furniture. We recommend having a partner available to make moving and setup easier.

Will the boxes fit through my door?

Luun is modular and designed to be easier to move through doorways than a single oversized sofa, but you should still measure your full delivery path before ordering.

What should I do before delivery?

Clear the delivery path, measure tight areas, confirm building rules, book elevators if needed, and make sure someone is available during the scheduled window.

Do I need to keep the packaging?

Yes. Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping your Luun. Original packaging may be required for eligible returns.

What if my building requires an elevator booking?

Please arrange elevator access or loading dock access before your scheduled delivery window. Building access requirements are the customer’s responsibility.

Can delivery timing change?

Delivery timing can change due to carrier availability, weather, local routing, warehouse timing, or access issues. If anything changes, we will work with you on the next available delivery option.
